Winner takes all

When time is up the arbiter signs the result on Robinhood Chain. The contract pays the winner and the bettors. Confetti included.

Trust model. The DuelArena contract holds only stakes and bets. It accepts a result only when signed by the arbiter key, only after the duel's end time, and refunds everyone if the arbiter goes silent for 7 days. Draws refund. Fees are capped at 10% of the losing public pool and start at 2%.
